Francis Commissioning Services Ltd was formed by Mr. J Francis in 1991. The experience gained from years in the employment at End Systems, Haden Young and Sutton Services led him to believe that a comparatively small number of engineers would soon develop a reputation that would guarantee continuous employment and job satisfaction. The present directors of the company Mr I Horrocks and Mr S Garry-Madden began their careers with Mr Francis at Sutton Services and built up a good reputation for themselves before joining up with Francis Commissioning Services Ltd in 1996. We have vast experience in all aspects of commissioning and water treatment and have been involved with a number of high profile contracts. Since we were formed in 1991 we have been based in Ormskirk, West Lancashire and have undertaken contracts all over the United Kingdom and indeed abroad. Contracts include petro chemicals, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, public sector and commercial building services.
